Pickering received a 2008 Merit Award at the ACEC (American Council of Engineering Companies) state-level competition in the transportation category. Pickering received the award for the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Inbound Road project.

Pickering’s headquarters office in Memphis recently added a twist to the firm’s monthly Recognition Meeting. The normal Wednesday afternoon dessert meeting was held on Friday at noontime for the month of July. Casual dress was the attire, and the firm provided pizzas, drinks, desserts and a door prize. How much better can a Friday workday get?
